Five Golden Justices                                                                                                     Chief Justice John Roberts and Justices Kennedy, Thomas, Scalia, and Alito: The Fascist Five Citizens United, more appropriately Corporatists United, was clever, timed perfectly for election 2012, and busted as ideological pluto-class-spew, both toxic and alien to democracy.  This act legitimizes -for now- the transfer of  power from the Middle Class (with a static percap income for over a decade) to the ripening corporatocracy. index                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            Share
